Food Donations

One bag of food provides enough food for a family of 4 for one week. The cost of one bag is $17.00. It contains the basic food items that they need, like corn, beans and rice.

Mattresses

A queen size mattress that is flippable, costs $280.00. The mattress is purchased from a local vendor, then delivered to the family's house. Some families that need a mattress sleep on wood that is put together to form a bed.

Houses

Donate Now to Make a Difference

A 540 square foot Block House costs $12,500; A 2 or 3 room Hybrid house costs approximately $5,000: A Wood house that is built on rented land costs $3,000.

In 2020, Guatemala ranked as the 4th highest nation in the world for chronic malnutrition.

Severe inequality in wealth and resources continues to exacerbate hunger and poverty across the country.

Natural disasters and climate change—including extreme droughts and floods—have destroyed crops and livelihoods, worsening food insecurity.

Many families must depend on crops produced by others, as they lack the land, tools, or resources to grow food themselves.
